THE TRUE GOD PROMISED MANKIND A BETTER LIFE ON EARTH; IF WE ACKNOWLEDGE HIS TRUE NAME AND FOLLOW HIS TRUE LAWS IN THE BIBLE
Many Bible-based organized religions promise their followers a place in heaven after they die. However, God never promised eternal life in heaven in the Bible. We'll explore why eternal life in heaven is not a promise from God and what He did promise instead.
Before we learn about God's real promise in the Scriptures, let us first understand how the said doctrine affected the lives of their devotees and the entire humankind.
A clear example is that whenever disastrous events or wars occur, instead of working hand-in-hand with our world organizations to address the root cause of such problems, religious followers assume that every catastrophe and calamity that arises is a sign that God's judgment day is near and that their heavenly reward is at hand.
Worse, when it comes to armed conflicts, some religious preachers encouraging people to fight would justify it as a heavenly cause to wage war against those who do not have the same beliefs.
Devotees were made to believe that by sacrificing their lives for the sake of their beliefs, they were serving God and that God would reward them access to "heaven" or "paradise."
It is crucial that we, the world's people, take a closer look at this so-called doctrine. Because if we don't, the violent conflicts between the followers of these religions will never end. Humanity will never achieve true world peace and unity. The result is that we will live on a planet ravaged by nuclear wars.
The question is, did God promise a heavenly afterlife to those following His true commandments in the Bible?
Read God's real promise in Isaiah 65:20 to 24. We will be citing the New International Version of the Bible. You may read the same verses in your preferred version of the Bible.
"Never again will there be in it
an infant who lives but a few days,
or an old man who does not live out his years;
the one who dies at a hundred
will be thought a mere child;
the one who fails to reach a hundred
will be considered accursed.
Isaiah 65:20 NIV
As we understand from the passage, the promise is that we will live our life to the fullest here on Earth. The promise pertains to a long life blessed by God, but not an everlasting life.
Question: How do we know the said promise will take effect here on our planet and not in another dimension? Let us continue our reading.
They will build houses and dwell in them;
they will plant vineyards and eat their fruit.
No longer will they build houses and others live in them,
or plant and others eat.
For as the days of a tree,
so will be the days of my people;
my chosen ones will long enjoy
the work of their hands.
Isaiah 65:21 to 22 NIV
As the passage reads, "They will build houses and dwell in them; they will plant vineyards and eat their fruit.'
The promise pertains to a prosperous and abundant life here on our planet. We cannot build houses or plant trees in so-called heaven.
The passage also reads: "For as the days of a tree, so will be the days of my people."
All this time, God promises that when we all adhere to His true commandments, we will live a long and blessed life in this world, not in heaven!
To continue our reading:
They will not labor in vain,
nor will they bear children doomed to misfortune;
for they will be a people blessed by the Lord,
they and their descendants with them.
Isaiah 65:23 NIV
Understanding God's Word in the said passage, people will not perform their labor in vain. It pertains to the future of work. Every working individual will enjoy the fruits of their labor.
People will still bear children without fearing sickness or disease. God pertains to man's scientific progress when it comes to health! The promise truly speaks of humankind's bright future here and not in heaven. A blessed life, prosperous and peaceful for the whole world!
To continue our reading:
Before they call I will answer;
while they are still speaking I will hear.
Isaiah 65:24 NIV
In the passage, God speaks about how He will have a direct relationship with all who follow His true commandments or guidelines in the scriptures. We will live in a world under the blessing of the true God.
How will God's promise happen? What must humankind do to achieve it?
This third I will bring into the fire; I will refine them like silver
and test them like gold. They will call on my name
and I will answer them; I will say, 'They are my people,'
and they will say, 'The LORD is our God.'"
Zechariah 13:9 NIV
As God said in the passage: "They will call on my name and I will answer them; I will say, 'They are my people,' and they will say, 'The Lord is our God."
God did not just say He will answer those who call on His Name. He stated a privilege: to be one of His people or an Israelite.
Had the real Name of God been made known by monotheistic religions, they would not even identify as a Christian, Muslim, or Jew but as "Israelites." We could have been ONE PEOPLE UNDER GOD with no religious division.
Based on God's Word, we can now realize that humanity has yet to know God's name and His true commandments in the scriptures. The names that religions taught us, such as Jesus, Y-H-W-H, Yahweh, Jehovah, Yahuah, El, Elohim, Adonai, Hashem, and Allah, none of them is the true name of God!
How can we learn God's name and true commandments in the Bible? Can we listen to any Bible expert, pastor, or preacher? What was God's specific instruction all this time?
Let us read the answer in Deuteronomy 18, verses 18 to 19
"I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brothers; I will put my words in his mouth, and he will tell them everything I command him. If anyone does not listen to my words that the prophet speaks in my name, I myself will call him to account.
Deuteronomy 18:18 to 19 NIV (1984)
God had spoken before about a coming prophet whom He will send like Moses, in whose mouth He will place His words. God's true chosen one will not study the Bible on his own as God Himself will instruct him about His words, AND God will send him to speak in His Name or to reveal His Name.
Let us open our eyes and minds.
What happened when we listened to those individuals who made their interpretation of God's words?
Answer: We all ended up in our current state where we were in conflict and divided against one another in our knowledge about God.
Instead of heeding God's word about caring for our planet and progressing our lives here on Earth, we quarreled against each other about who will attain a heavenly afterlife and threatened one another about eternal damnation in hell, which were never true! All the evil, chaos, and destruction we see today is our fault because we did not listen to God's real prophet like Moses.
We can now understand when it comes to the Word of God, especially about His Name, there is only ONE man who was given authority by God to speak about it, the 'prophet like Moses' in Deuteronomy 18, verses 18 to 19 and NOT those who studied the Word of God.
God's promise about a coming prophet like Moses was fulfilled in the person of Teacher Eraño Martin Evangelista of the website www.thename.ph.
Since the year 2006 and before he passed away in the year 2015, the late Teacher Evangelista proved himself as the real prophet like Moses promised by God when he made known the actual name of God and the real identity of Jesus in the scriptures to the whole world through the said website.
He could not disclose such unique knowledge from studying the scriptures in a theological school or on his own. It was all revealed to him by God. Our Lord God was the one who put the exact words in Teacher Evangelista's mouth that conveys the real explanation of His words in the scriptures that were written by His former prophets long ago.
With the Biblical revelations about the true Name of God, His real laws, and the real identity of Jesus accessible on the said website, humanity can now freely learn such knowledge. World leaders and heads of state are encouraged to read the Bible exposition. Then, conduct a great dialogue on how uniting under God's real name and adhering to His proper guidelines in the scriptures can prevent future disastrous wars and establish true peace, prosperity, and harmony here on Earth.
Finally, as God's prophet to the nations, The late Teacher Evangelista said:
"Disastrous events will continue to happen all over the world, for the people to realize that the world is cursed. These will only stop when they use their wisdom and understanding to accept and acknowledge the true Name of God".
