We will now read one of the mysterious prophecies in the Old Testament. The actual meaning of this mysterious prophecy can now be understood, because the one true Name of God has already been revealed by the late Teacher Eraño M. Evangelista, through the website www.thename.ph.
You might ask, what is the significance of Teacher Evangelista’s Bible revelation of God’s name when it comes to truly understanding God’s words in the scriptures?
The answer can be learned in what God said in Deuteronomy 18 verses 18 to 19:
I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brothers; I will put my words in his mouth, and he will tell them everything I command him. If anyone does not listen to my words that the prophet speaks in my name, I myself will call him to account. Deuteronomy 18:18 to 19 NIV (1984)
In our previous articles, we already shared how the late Teacher Eraño Evangelista proved himself as the real prophet like Moses promised by God in Deuteronomy 18 verses 18 to 19 when he made known the real Name of God to the whole world via the above-mentioned website
He was not able to disclose such unique knowledge from studying the scriptures in a theological school or on his own. It was all revealed to him by God. God is the one who put the exact words in Teacher Evangelista’s mouth that conveys the real explanation of His words in the scriptures that were written by His former prophets long ago.
That said, we can now learn how the Bible revelation of the late Teacher Evangelista about the true name of God is the key to achieving an accurate understanding of God’s word in the scriptures. It is a sign from God that the man who revealed it to us is the 'prophet like Moses'- the man we should listen to when it comes to His (God's) words.
Let us begin our reading in Jeremiah 31 verse 26:
At this I awoke and looked around. My sleep had been pleasant to me. Jeremiah 31:26 NIV
Being ‘awakened' pertains to us, the people of the world. We are now awakened by God’s true teachings in the Bible that Teacher Evangelista had revealed from the said website.
We are waking up from the long slumber we had experienced from the religions.
The religions made us sleep, when they gave us teachings and hopes that were not true. It seemed fine at first, but like in sleep, though sweet is our slumber with dreams of good food and fine drinks, when we wake up, we realize we are still hungry.
We have been living under false hopes and without salvation.
Let us now read in Jeremiah 31 verse 27.
"The days are coming," declares the LORD, "when I will plant the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the offspring of men and of animals." Jeremiah 31:27 NIV
We can read how the passage says: "The days are coming,” Meaning this event is yet to happen.
The passage also reads how the Houses of Israel and Judah will be merged with the"offspring of men and of animals.”
What is the meaning of this prophecy? Who are the offspring of men and of animals that will be merged with the houses of Israel and Judah?
According to the late Teacher Evangelista, once the true meaning of the said prophecy will be unlocked, all the people may know that there is one true God. This leads to the religions being exposed that they do not know the true God and they do not also know the meaning of His words in the writings of the prophets in the Bible.
Let us now continue our reading in Jeremiah 31 verse 28.
Just as I watched over them to uproot and tear down, and to overthrow, destroy and bring disaster, so I will watch over them to build and to plant," declares the LORD. Jeremiah 31:28 NIV
This pertains to the coming era when humankind transitions from being under God's curse to being under God's blessing as this is the time when we all acknowledge God's true Name and know His true laws.

Let us continue our reading in Jeremiah 31 verses 29 to 30.
"In those days people will no longer say, 'The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children's teeth are set on edge.' Instead, everyone will die for his own sin; whoever eats sour grapes – his own teeth will be set on edge. Jeremiah 31: 29 to 30 NIV
As the passage says: "In those days.” -This purports that when the "offspring of men and of animals" are merged with the houses of Judah and Israel, we will know that the teaching of the "original sin" by the religions is not true. Everyone will know the truth which is that each individual is responsible for his own sin and that Jesus never died for our sins! He died for his own sins!
Learn more about the real Jesus in this video or in this article
This is why when we go back to reading Jeremiah 31 verse 26, we can truly understand now why we were in a deep sleep because to have a man like Jesus forsaken by God be honored as a savior or even as god can only happen in a fantasy world but never in reality.
The reality is this, Jesus’ brutal death at the hands of men was because of his own wrongdoing. He disobeyed God’s command to save his people and chose to introduce himself as a direct son of God, though he was only a descendant of King David. This exposition about Jesus has already been explained in www.thename.ph and in the articles in this website.
The time has now come for us to wake up from the deception of the religions in order to free ourselves from the curses and live under God’s blessings by following God’s true teachings.
Now the question: Who are the "offspring of men and of animals?" as written in Jeremiah 31 verse 27?
Teacher Evangelista explained then that the offspring of men and animals who will be merged with the "the House of Israel and Judah" can be learned by understanding God’s creation of men and women in the book of Genesis.
Let us start our reading in Genesis 1 verses 21 to 23.
So God created the great creatures of the sea and every living and moving thing with which the water teems, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. God blessed them and said, "Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds increase on the earth." And there was evening, and there was morning - the fifth day. Genesis 1:21 to 23 NIV
We can read that God created the marine-based and winged creatures in His fifth phase of creation. If we read the next verses Genesis 1 verses 24 to 25, we can learn that God created the land creatures but no mention of creating humans yet. God only told them to multiply, there was no covenant given to them.
Now let us continue our reading in Genesis 1 verses 26 to 27.
Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground." So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. Genesis 1:26 to 27 NIV
As the passage reads:"Let us make man in our image,” Teacher Evangelista explained that in this phase of creation, God created both male and female,” at the same time. In this context, "man" is to be understood in general-that is why it was written "male and female he created them." As to how many pairs were created, it was not mentioned.
To continue in Genesis 1 verse 28.
God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground." Genesis 1:28 NIV
As the passage reads: "God blessed them,” -this purports God created more than one human. Teacher Evangelista also emphasized then that at this point, Adam was not created yet.
We can also read how the passage says: "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth." This would mean how the first pairs of humans were only told to multiply, with no covenant and no promise from God, same with what God said to the animals.
We should take note however of what God said after the command to multiply which is to "subdue it" -unlike the animals, only humans were the ones reminded to subdue or to manage the growth of their population so that the land or the environment can sustain them.
"Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground." - to rule, meaning only to use the animals for the advancement of human knowledge, not to eat them. To cite examples: The theory of flight, we got them from the birds; the design of ships and submarines, we got it from the fish, and also we have developed many new technologies that were copied, in a way, from animals, only better. Even vaccines, before we use them on humans, are first tested on animals.
Watch this short video about why God created the animals: Click here
It is clear that in this sixth day or phase of creation, the first pairs of humans were created in the same class as of the animals, this was why in Jeremiah 31 verse 26 it was said: "of men and of animals” because in the eyes of God; these generations of humans have no covenant and no commandments given to them.
Let us now read what happened next. Teacher Evangelista said that at this time, the population of the people created during the sixth day was growing.
You may notice that there was no mention of Adam and Eve yet. It is because they were not yet created. The humans created in Genesis 1 verse 28 are the first created humans or the first creation.
To understand this further, let us continue our reading in Genesis 2 verses 1 to 4.
Thus the heavens and the earth were completed in all their vast array. By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work. And God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done. This is the account of the heavens and the earth when they were created. When the LORD God made the earth and the heavens - Genesis 2:1 to 4 NIV
On the seventh day God rested from the work he had done. The time of the first creation had ended.
As the passage reads: “God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done” -The Lord God was the first to observe His own decree.
Question: When we read in Genesis chapter 1 that God made His creation in six days, does the term “day” pertain to a day which consists of 24 hours?
Let us read the answer in Psalm 90 verse 4.
“For a thousand years in your sight are like a day that has just gone by, or like a watch in the night.” Psalm 90:4 NIV It is written in the above passage that a day to God is a thousand years to man. This shows that man’s time is different (and not the same) as that of God’s. Teacher Evangelista also explained that even though it is written that a thousand years of man is only a day to God, it does not necessarily mean that the “day” referred to and written in the time of Genesis Chapter 1 is also equal to a thousand years. During that period of creation the time difference is millions to billions of years apart. We should understand that the “time” or the “morning and evening” that God used in His creation is His time and not man’s. God just wants to show us that His making of the universe and the earth is not through a wave of His hand as a magician does, but through intelligent design; not through a six 24 hour day period but through six phases encompassing a great multitude of years. We just have read the Story of the first Creation. This purports that God created other people long before Adam was created.
This explains why there are different races and people of different skin color; it is because Adam and Eve were not God’s first created humans!
Now, after resting from His creation of the heavens, the earth, all living things including the first sets of humans, what did God do next?
Let us now read in Genesis 2 verse 5:
"and no shrub of the field had yet appeared on the earth and no plant of the field had yet sprung up, for the LORD God had not sent rain on the earth and there was no man to work the ground," Genesis 2:5 NIV
This pertains to a desert area somewhere in the Middle East, as it describes the absence of trees and plants. It does not describe the whole world because vegetation and plants were already created during the time of the general or first creation.
We can read that in Genesis 1 verses 11 to 13:
Then God said, "Let the land produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds." And it was so. The land produced vegetation: plants bearing seed according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good. And there was evening, and there was morning - the third day. Genesis 1:11-13 NIV.
God created the plants and the trees to be food for the animals. You will see God's great design. How will the animals survive if there were no plants for them to feed on? Had God created the animals and men before creating plants and seed-bearing fruits for food, they would not live or survive. We can see that there is wisdom in how God did His creation.
Let us read Genesis 2 verse 5 again:
"and no shrub of the field had yet appeared on the earth and no plant of the field had yet sprung up, for the LORD God had not sent rain on the earth and there was no man to work the ground," Genesis 2:5 NIV
As the passage reads: "on the earth." Teacher Evangelista explained that this pertains to an area or region somewhere in the Middle East. It does not describe the whole planet Earth. We can also read how the passage says "no man to work the ground." This means there is not yet an intelligent man to cultivate and plant the fields. The people of the first creation, though they are already multiplying, are still food gatherers, they just pick the food they eat from the bushes and from the ground.
To continue our reading in Genesis 2 verse 6:
'but streams came up from the earth and watered the whole surface of the ground' Genesis 2:6 NIV
God made water flow through the land to make it sustainable. Irrigation and technology are being introduced. Let us continue our reading in Genesis 2 verse 7.
"the LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being." Genesis 2:7 NIV
As the passage reads: "formed the man from the dust of the ground" - You will notice that God is creating again, the creation of a man after the Seventh Day. This man was created alone, without a pair. He was a special creation of God, the second creation.
How special was the "man?" Let us read the answer in Genesis 2 verse 8.
Now the LORD God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed. Genesis 2:8 NIV
You may notice in this account how God created the garden in Eden after creating the ‘man.’ This is very different from the first creation in (Genesis Chapter 1) where God first created the plants and trees before man and animals. This means that Adam –the second creation, was created by God outside and not inside the garden and his food was from the fruits and vegetation that were already created by God during the first creation. Let us continue our reading in Genesis 2 verse 9.
And the LORD God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground - trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food. In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Genesis 2:9 NIV
As the passage reads: "the LORD God made all kinds of trees grow out of the ground." - this refers to the trees and plants which grew out in that garden in Eden.
The passage also says that there were "trees that were pleasing to the eye" - Teacher Evangelista explains that these are ornamental trees
It was also indicated in the passage that there were trees whose fruits were "good for food" - the fruit bearing trees.
"tree of life" and "the tree of the knowledge of good and evil"- This purports that when this specially created “man” was placed in the Garden, he alone had some kind of knowledge and intelligence which sets him apart from the people of the "first creation." He can distinguish what is beneficial and what is not.
How rich was the land prepared for that man?
Let us read in Genesis 2 verses 10 to 14:
A river watering the garden flowed from Eden; from there it was separated into four headwaters. The name of the first is the Pishon; it winds through the entire land of Havilah, where there is gold.(The gold of that land is good; aromatic resin and onyx are also there.)The name of the second river is the Gihon; it winds through the entire land of Cush. The name of the third river is the Tigris; it runs along the east side of Asshur. And the fourth river is the Euphrates. Genesis 2:10 to 14 NIV
As we can understand from the passage, the garden was bountiful and full of resources.
The passage says: "A river watering the garden flowed from Eden" - this shows how the garden in Eden has a system of canals, an irrigation system.
We can also read that "The gold of that land is good; aromatic resin and onyx are also there" - This shows that the Garden was abundant with natural resources. It is only intended for the man in the Garden.
To continue our reading in Genesis 2 verse 15.
The LORD God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it. Genesis 2:15 NIV
The man was placed in the garden, and had been given all that he would need and to maintain it and cultivate it. It only shows the distinction of this man from the people of the first creation, and this is because he had knowledge of cultivating the land.
We can also discover the essence of man’s duty here on earth, which is to take care and cultivate it, not pollute and abuse its natural resources. This responsibility of taking care of our planet is not given by God to a specific group but for every one of us on this planet! We can see how the creation of Adam and the garden in Eden is different from the first 7 phases of creation. The religions never taught or even knew about these two creations in the Holy Bible. That is why there had been much confusion and misunderstandings between religions and science due to the inadequate explanations religions had given with regard to the Holy Bible.
We now know the truth, because we have learned this explanation from the man mentioned by God in Deuteronomy 18 verse 18 to 19 who we should only listen to when it comes to His word.
That prophecy was fulfilled in the person of the late Teacher Eraño Evangelista and his Bible revelation of God’s name. People of the world can now read his Bible revelations in the website thename.ph.
Let us continue our reading in Genesis 2 verses 16 to 17.
And the LORD God commanded the man, "You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat of it you will surely die." Genesis 2:16 to 17 NIV
As we can understand from the passage, it is written that it is only one man who was given a commandment. Proving that this man was different from the people created in the sixth day or phase of Creation. Only one man was residing in the Garden in Eden at this time. The First created people were living outside of the garden. Is it true? Let us read again in Genesis 1, verse 28.
God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground." Genesis 1:28 NIV
Teacher Evangelista says we can see the difference between the First and second creations. God commanded the first pairs of humans to be fruitful and increase in number in the first creation. While in the second creation, God gave a commandment for Adam. He may eat the fruits of all the trees in the garden except for the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, lest he dies. The decree is from God to Adam only, one on one.
Let us continue our reading in Genesis 2, verses 18 to 20.
The LORD God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him." Now the LORD God had formed out of the ground all the beasts of the field and all the birds of the air. He brought them to the man to see what he would name them; and whatever the man called each living creature, that was its name.So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds of the air and all the beasts of the field. But for Adam no suitable helper was found. Genesis 2:18-20 NIV
He started to give names, meaning his intelligence and knowledge were increasing. But this man was still alone.
To continue our reading in Genesis 2, verse 21.
So the LORD God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man's ribs and closed up the place with flesh. Genesis 2:21 NIV
God put Adam in "a deep sleep." According to the late Teacher Evangelista, this passage shows God used a procedure that we can only understand in our present time. God had Adam sedated or put to a deep sleep before operating on him. Similar to how a patient who is to undergo an operation, is first sedated before a surgeon performs their surgical operations on him.
To continue in Genesis 2 verse 22.
Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man. Genesis 2:22 NIV
It was only during this time God created a partner for Adam. This woman was another of God's special creations, unlike in the time of the first Creation; “male and female” were created at the same time.
Teacher Evangelista said: Adam is special to God, and the promise is with him alone, not to the people living outside of the Garden of Eden.
To clearly differentiate the First Creation from the Second or Special Creation, let us read the following series of verses starting with Genesis 4, verses 1 to 2.
Adam lay with his wife Eve, and she became pregnant and gave birth to Cain. She said, "With the help of the LORD I have brought forth a man." Later she gave birth to his brother Abel. Now Abel kept flocks, and Cain worked the soil. Genesis 4:1- 2 NIV
After Adam and Eve were banished from the Garden of Eden, they settled at the place where Adam was taken from. This was a time when the population of the people of the First Creation has grown. They had two sons, Cain and Abel.
Let us now read in Genesis 4 verses 8 to 10.
Now Cain said to his brother Abel, "Let's go out to the field." And while they were in the field, Cain attacked his brother Abel and killed him. Then the LORD said to Cain, "Where is your brother Abel?" "I don't know," he replied. "Am I my brother's keeper?" Genesis 4:8-9 NIV
We can read in the said verses the tragic event about how Cain murdered his brother Abel out of jealousy. Let us now read in Genesis 4 verse 10.
The LORD said, "What have you done? Listen! Your brother's blood cries out to me from the ground. Genesis 4:10 NIV
God knew Cain murdered Abel. We can understand that God was not asking Cain because He did not know where Abel was. God was giving Cain a chance to speak the truth and admit to Him his fault.
Let us continue our reading now in Genesis 4 verses 11 to 14.
Now you are under a curse and driven from the ground, which opened its mouth to receive your brother's blood from your hand. When you work the ground, it will no longer yield its crops for you. You will be a restless wanderer on the earth." Cain said to the LORD, "My punishment is more than I can bear. Today you are driving me from the land, and I will be hidden from your presence; I will be a restless wanderer on the earth, and whoever finds me will kill me." Genesis 4:11 to 14 NIV
As the passage reads: "whoever finds me will kill me." This purports that if we are to follow the teachings of the religions that Adam and Eve were the first set of humans in the world, who else will kill Cain?
By saying the word "whoever" Cain was referring to any person or anybody that is alive then, meaning he is fully aware that there are other people that abound in his time. Let us now read what happened next in Genesis 4, verses 15 to 16.
But the LORD said to him, "Not so; if anyone kills Cain, he will suffer vengeance seven times over." Then the LORD put a mark on Cain so that no one who found him would kill him. So Cain went out from the LORD's presence and lived in the land of Nod, east of Eden. Genesis 4:15 to 16 NIV
As the passage reads: “if anyone kills Cain.” God confirms there were other people aside from Adam in their time.
Question: when Cain settled in the land of Nod, what happened?
Let us read the answer in Genesis 4, verses 17 to 18.
Cain lay with his wife, and she became pregnant and gave birth to Enoch. Cain was then building a city, and he named it after his son Enoch. To Enoch was born Irad, and Irad was the father of Mehujael, and Mehujael was the father of Methushael, and Methushael was the father of Lamech. Genesis 4:17 to 18 NIV Where did the wife of Cain come from? Religious priests, pastors, and ministers claim it was Cain’s sister, born from his mother Eve! They added that Adam and Eve had a daughter after Cain and Abel.
Let us prove if the religions’ teaching regarding this matter is true or not. Let us now discover in the Holy Bible who was the third child of Adam and Eve. Is it true that they have a daughter after Cain and Abel?
Let us read the answer in Genesis 4, verse 25.
Adam lay with his wife again, and she gave birth to a son and named him Seth, saying, "God has granted me another child in place of Abel, since Cain killed him." Genesis 4:25 NIV
The next child was also a son and not a daughter as religions claim! This proves that during Adam and Eve's time, there were plenty of people already living in the world, though they are not as numerous as today.
We have witnessed the doctrine of the religions about the story of Creation is invalidated! With the teachings of the religions being proven false from the beginning, we can be certain that the rest of their teachings are also false interpretations of scripture.
Let us read again the prophecy in Jeremiah 31, verses 26 to 27.
At this I awoke and looked around. My sleep had been pleasant to me. "The days are coming," declares the LORD, "when I will plant the house of Israel and the house of Judah with the offspring of men and of animals. Jeremiah 31:26 to 27 NIV
With what we have just learned about how Adam and Eve were not God’s first created humans, we now realize why it is as if we were awakened from a deep sleep.
To sum it up, the "offspring of men & animals" symbolize God’s first created humans, those who have no covenant and no promise from God. Otherwise known as “Gentiles.” While the house of Judah and Israel pertain of course to the descendants of the second creation, Adam and Eve. Otherwise known as the Jews.
The prophecy pertains to a time when God will merge both Gentiles or His first creation, and the Jews or His second creation as one people. This time is our current era. To continue our reading in Jeremiah 31 verse 28.
Just as I watched over them to uproot and tear down, and to overthrow, destroy and bring disaster, so I will watch over them to build and to plant," declares the LORD. Jeremiah 31:28 NIV
Because we have not known the true God, we have suffered greatly through the times: wars, famines, disasters, plagues and others, but God is presently giving us a promise of a new beginning. All people will be united under the one true God.
Let us discover what other teachings of God that we would learn once we are awakened from the deception of the religions. In Jeremiah 31 verses 29 to 30, we can read.
"In those days people will no longer say, 'The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children's teeth are set on edge.' Instead, everyone will die for his own sin; whoever eats sour grapes - his own teeth will be set on edge. Jeremiah 31:29-30 NIV
As we can read from passage, it says 'The fathers have eaten sour grapes, and the children's teeth are set on edge.'
Teacher Evangelista explained that this saying pertains to the doctrine of the Christian religions about “Original Sin.” Where people were made to believe that they inherited Adam’s sin.
According to Teacher Evangelista, the said doctrine is not true to begin with because of the following reasons:
First, God had created men and women long before Adam. So how can humankind inherit a sin from someone like him who is of the second creation?
Second, as we have learned from our previous articles and videos, Jesus did not die for the sins of mankind. He suffered and died because of his own wrongdoing.
And third, God has a decree where no man can be punished for the sins of another.
Is it true that God has such a decree? Let us read in Deuteronomy 24 verse 16.
Fathers shall not be put to death for their children, nor children put to death for their fathers; each is to die for his own sin. Deuteronomy 24:16 NIV As we can read, the said decree was already given even in Moses' time. Why did religions not teach it to the people of the world?
Let us read how God reiterated such righteous law through His prophets: In Ezekiel 18 verses 2 to 4 we can read:
""What do you people mean by quoting this proverb about the land of Israel: "'The fathers eat sour grapes, and the children's teeth are set on edge'? "As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign LORD, you will no longer quote this proverb in Israel. For every living soul belongs to me, the father as well as the son–both alike belong to me. The soul who sins is the one who will die. Ezekiel 18:2-4 NIV
God reiterated the commandment He had given to Moses regarding sins. There is no truth in the doctrine of "original sin." Adam and Eve committed sin in the Garden; they are the ones who received the punishment. It is not true that we inherited their sin.
Let us read the elaboration of the said decree in Ezekiel 18 verse 20, we can read:
The soul who sins is the one who will die. The son will not share the guilt of the father, nor will the father share the guilt of the son. The righteousness of the righteous man will be credited to him, and the wickedness of the wicked will be charged against him. Ezekiel 18:20 NIV
Even Jesus cannot save us. We are responsible for our own sins.
Let us continue our reading in Ezekiel 18 verse 21.
"But if a wicked man turns away from all the sins he has committed and keeps all my decrees and does what is just and right, he will surely live; he will not die." Ezekiel 18:21 NIV
As we can understand from the said passage, By reforming ourselves, doing what is just and right, and by following God’s decrees, God will forgive us. We do not need any mediator.
According to the teachings of the religions, our sins are recorded in heaven, is there truth in it? Let us read in Ezekiel 18 verse 22.
None of the offenses he has committed will be remembered against him. Because of the righteous things he has done, he will live. Ezekiel 18:22 NIV
Teacher Eraño Evangelista emphasized that there is no such thing. We only need to repent, do what is just and right, and return to God.
Question: Does God take pleasure in the death of a sinner? Let us read in Ezekiel 18 verse 23.
Do I take any pleasure in the death of the wicked? declares the Sovereign LORD. Rather, am I not pleased when they turn from their ways and live? Ezekiel 18:23 NIV
The God of the prophets in the Old Testament is a righteous God. He wants us to repent for our sins, reform ourselves, and return to Him.
Question: What about Jesus, who knew the true teaching but had committed wrongdoing, what happened to him? In Ezekiel 18, verse 26 we can read.
If a righteous man turns from his righteousness and commits sin, he will die for it; because of the sin he has committed he will die. Ezekiel 18:26 NIV
We are all aware that Jesus, as he suffered on the cross, cried out the following words: "My God, My God, Why have you forsaken me?"
Teacher Evangelista said, such words of Jesus were not from someone who asks forgiveness but from someone who was even blaming God. God did not answer him, and he was forsaken!
This is the time that we should wake up. To continue in Ezekiel 18 verse 32.
For I take no pleasure in the death of anyone, declares the Sovereign LORD. Repent and live! Ezekiel 18:32 NIV
Jesus died because he did not repent and did not ask forgiveness from God.
Now, we have learned that the teaching of the religions, regarding Salvation through Jesus, is not true. It is only through God that we can receive Salvation and live the fullness of our lives. Jesus has no power to forgive sins-neither during his time nor at any time.
Question: How do we know that God was firm in His decree that no man shall be punished for the sins of another?
Teacher Evangelista revealed an example that occurred during the time of Moses.
Let us start by reading Exodus 33, verse 11.:
The LORD would speak to Moses face to face, as a man speaks with his friend. Then Moses would return to the camp, but his young aide Joshua son of Nun did not leave the tent. Exodus 33:11 NIV
We can understand how God spoke to Moses as a man would talk to his friend. Such is the kind of communication between God and Moses.
Let us now read about the time when Moses tried to atone for the sins of his people to God. In Exodus 32, verses 30 to 32 we can read the following:
"The next day Moses said to the people, "You have committed a great sin. But now I will go up to the LORD; perhaps I can make atonement for your sin." So Moses went back to the LORD and said, "Oh, what a great sin these people have committed! They have made themselves gods of gold. But now, please forgive their sin - but if not, then blot me out of the book you have written." Exodus 32:30-32 NIV
The request of Moses was great, that he even offered his life in exchange for the forgiveness of the sins of his fellow Israelites. What did God say to him? Let us read in Exodus 32, verses 33 to 34.
"The LORD replied to Moses, "Whoever has sinned against me I will blot out of my book. Now go, lead the people to the place I spoke of, and my angel will go before you. However, when the time comes for me to punish, I will punish them for their sin." Exodus 32:33-34 NIV
God did not let Moses atone for the sins of his people, whoever sins will answer to God for it. Truly, God was firm in His decree that no man should bear the sins of others.
If Moses was not allowed by God before to atone for the sins of his people, how much more is it with Jesus? God never made an exception in the Holy Bible. The doctrine of the religions that Jesus, through his death, has saved the people of the world from their sins, is nothing but a lie!
Let's read what God has to say about intermediaries if religions continue to claim that Jesus did save the world from sin.
The word of the LORD came to me: "Son of man, if a country sins against me by being unfaithful and I stretch out my hand against it to cut off its food supply and send famine upon it and kill its men and their animals, even if these three men—Noah, Daniel and Job—were in it, they could save only themselves by their righteousness, declares the Sovereign LORD. Ezekiel 14:12-14 (NIV)
God declared that even "these three men—Noah, Daniel, and Job"—can only save themselves and do not have the ability to atone for the sins of other people; how much more does Jesus? The truth, according to the late Teacher Evangelista: each man will ask God for forgiveness and no one may atone or mediate for another's sin to God.
Let us now read Jeremiah 31, verse 30.
'Instead, everyone will die for his own sin; whoever eats sour grapes his own teeth will be set on edge.' Jeremiah 31:30 NIV
No man can save another man with regard to sin; each and every one of us will have to ask forgiveness directly from God.
Now that we’ve learned the true meaning of what was written about the “offspring of men and of animals,” and how the doctrine of original sin is not true. What will happen next?
Let us read the answer in Jeremiah 31, verse 31.
"The time is coming," declares the LORD, "when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah." Jeremiah 31:31 NIV
As the passage reads: "The time is coming." - This is to happen in our present generation.
Question: We may notice in the said verse that the new covenant only mentions the house of Israel and the house of Judah. Why is it that the “offspring of men and of animals” were no longer mentioned?
Answer: it is because the symbolical “offspring of men and of animals” or the Gentile race will be acknowledged by God as “the House of Israel.” Later we will understand how that will happen...
Let us continue our reading in Jeremiah 31 verse 32.
'It will not be like the covenant I made with their forefathers when I took them by the hand to lead them out of Egypt, because they broke my covenant, though I was a husband to them," declares the LORD.' Jeremiah 31:32 NIV
This is how God described His former people: they did not remain faithful to Him.
If God described His former people as His wife, how does God describe His new people? And how do we know that this New covenant is to happen in our present modern era?
Let us read in Jeremiah 31, verses 21 to 22.
Set up road signs; put up guideposts. Take note of the highway, the road that you take. Return, Virgin Israel, return to your towns. How long will you wander, unfaithful Daughter Israel? The Lord will create a new thing on earth-the woman will return to the man.” Jeremiah 31:21-22 NIV
Reading the same Bible verse in another version:
“Set up signposts, Make landmarks; Set your heart toward the highway, the way in which you went. Turn back, O virgin of Israel, Turn back to these your cities. How long will you gad about, O you backsliding daughter? For the Lord has created a new thing in the earth - a woman shall encompass a man.” Jeremiah 31:21 to 22. King James Version.
We can read how the passage speaks of the symbolic “Virgin Israel.” This represents New Israel.
We can also read how the passage says: “Set up signposts, Make landmarks;” This means that the time has now come that we may no longer be lost or led astray about the truth.
Finally, the passage also says: “A woman shall encompass a man.” This is the sign that the promise of God about a new covenant and a New people is meant to happen in our generation. As it is in our time that women are equal with men.
We can see this happening today through women’s groups around the world who are standing up to claim their rights to be of equal status with men.
Let us learn more about God’s new covenant and God’s new people. In Jeremiah 31, verse 33 we can read:
"This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel after that time," declares the LORD. "I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people." Jeremiah 31:33 NIV
We can read how God now speaks of only one House. This is the merging of "the house of Israel and the house of Judah with "the offspring of men and of animals." All will now be called the House of Israel. How could that happen?
Let us read God’s answer in Zechariah 13, verse 9.
This third I will bring into the fire; I will refine them like silver and test them like gold. They will call on my name and I will answer them; I will say, 'They are my people,' and they will say, 'The LORD is our God.' Zechariah 13:9 NIV
As we can understand from the said passage, those who will call on the Name of God are the ones whom God will answer, will have His new covenant with, and will acknowledge as His people Israel.
We can now understand why earlier in Jeremiah 31 verse 31, the offspring of men and of animals was no longer mentioned and why God addressed them as the house of Israel. It is because God will acknowledge everyone who will call on His Name, be it from any race or color, as His people Israel. This is God’s new covenant!
To continue in Jeremiah 31 verse 34.
No longer will a man teach his neighbor, or a man his brother, saying, 'Know the LORD,' because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest," declares the LORD. "For I will forgive their wickedness and will remember their sins no more." Jeremiah 31:34 NIV
As the passage reads: "because they will all know me, from the least of them to the greatest, declares the LORD." - this is the time when people of the world call upon and acknowledge His Great Name which was revealed by the late teacher Evangelista on the website www.thename.ph.
Let us now read Jeremiah 31 verse 35.
This is what the LORD says, he who appoints the sun to shine by day, who decrees the moon and stars to shine by night, who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar - the LORD Almighty is his name: Jeremiah 31:35 NIV
What we have just read were all the words of the Almighty Creator.
To continue in Jeremiah 31, verse 36.
"Only if these decrees vanish from my sight," declares the LORD, "will the descendants of Israel ever cease to be a nation before me." Jeremiah 31:36 NIV
In the end, many nations will become one nation under God. Is this true?
Let us read in Zechariah 2 verse 11.
"Many nations will be joined with the LORD in that day and will become my people. I will live among you and you will know that the LORD Almighty has sent me to you." Zechariah 2:11 NIV
It is written. Many nations will become one nation under God! A new Israel!
If the ‘former’ people of Israel, the present day Jews, will not acknowledge the Name of God that the late Teacher Evangelista revealed on the website thename.ph, and still say that the God of their fathers will always be with them, what does God say about this?
In Amos 8 verses 1 to 2 we can read:
"This is what the Sovereign LORD showed me: a basket of ripe fruit. "What do you see, Amos?" he asked. "A basket of ripe fruit," I answered. Then the LORD said to me, "The time is ripe for my people Israel, I will spare them no longer." Amos 8:1 to 2 NIV
As the passage reads: “I will spare them no longer” Indeed, God is no longer with them!
Is it prophesied that a day will come when the whole world will acknowledge the one and only true Name of God? Let us read the answer in Zechariah 14 verse 9.
"The LORD will be king over the whole earth. On that day there will be one LORD, and his name the only name." Zechariah 14:9 NIV
This pertains to a time when the whole world will become One people under the one true Name of God!
As the passage reads: "On that day." It will surely happen!
We are very fortunate that the late Teacher Evangelista, before he passed away, was able to reveal to us God’s true Name and His true teachings in the Bible through the website www.thename.ph.
